We drove a couple hours north. Out of the desert valley into the pine forests. Climbed at Oak Creek Overlook. Beautiful basalt cliffs, looking down Oak Creek to Sedona.
I finished Mountain Man's socks (see details on Ravelry). Bound off the cuffs. Sewed in the ends. Admired them against the pine forest.
The evening was cool, even chilly, with a blustery breeze. We lit a campfire. Poured a glass of wine.
And tomorrow I'll share my own woolly treat ...
