The last two weeks disappeared in the blink on an eye. I moved back east, set up my own apartment, started a fellowship, and dove back into the urban, scholarly life.
Then I went back to my beloved Vermont, where I dove back into something decidedly more refreshing.
My energy had been sapped by all this life-transitioning, but I think it's coming back now. I did just cast on for a new shawl, after all.
That's definitely a good sign if you're ready to take on a lace shawl, again! hehe
ReplyDeleteThere are some serious changes there, hope they continue positively,
ReplyDeleteI live in Vermont and love it but I sure do miss my home state of Maine and the ocean. Good luck with all your new changes.
ReplyDeleteWow- the sky in that second picture almost looks unreal, it's so blue!
ReplyDeleteyou made my day with those photos. i overheard M telling his sister that it was probably his favorite vacation ever. he described it as a little paradise. indeed.
ReplyDeletebig changes can suck the energy from you. We traveled last week to wendover utah/nevada for a few days then got home and next day headed off to the camp, lots of physical labor there.... my back is almost back to normal! (along with the energy level)
ReplyDeleteQuite the transition...I wish you the best of luck with the fellowship and adjusting to your new space and schedule! Beautiful images!
